Art with Mrs Measday
The Year One students have been exploring artists who were trail-blazers, particularly Paul Klee and the current SA artist Greta Laundy. We have been exploring how things can be done differently – either with composition or colour.
The Reception classes read the book The White Crane by Junko Morimoto and tried weaving with paper. They learned the Japanese words over and under and enjoyed mastering a new skill.
