Year 6 Aquatics

Yesterday (Monday, 22/03), our year 6 students travelled as a cohort to Port Noarlunga beach for aquatics. Some groups ventured to the reef for snorkelling and others walked to the Onkaparinga River to kayak, others walked along the beach to find a perfect bodyboarding or surfing spot. The year 6s learned about vital water safety procedures and sun-smart information while demonstrating some graceful (and not so graceful!) displays of their chosen activities. Regardless, our year 6 cohort had fun in the sun all day, and it was fantastic to see everybody giving new activities a go!
