A busy start to the year in 1/2W!

We have had a busy start to the year, saying hello! to new and old faces. Our focus has been on the getting to know you and building friendships. RISE to Thrive has featured heavily in our classroom and we have been modelling how we treat others and want to be treated ourselves. Our SLT’s have been supporting new students with making new friends. Father Mwaura and Mrs Bianco Cotton visited the class and joined us for prayer. The students loved sharing their prayers with them both.

We recently took part in the annual Water Safety week at Noarlunga Aquatic Centre. Children participated in life saving and water safety activities. The week was finished with a celebration and water disco!
