What’s happening in 5/6H

Term 2 is off to a busy start in year 5/6H with students investigating the importance of money, budgeting and saving money as they have been shocked to to learn how much it costs to be an adult!

Students have also been exploring the impacts of global warming on our Earth, learning from Sir David Attenborough, and exploring ways to reduce human impact on our beautiful environments and animals.

In English we have been looking into the people who inspire us to do amazing things, and turning their lives into story books to share with our buddies. While in science, the idea of exploring outer space has captured our interest!

Finally, well done to our knockout netball team and good luck to our knockout soccer team for next week!
