What’s happening in 3/4R

It has been a massive 7 weeks in 3/4R to kick start the year!

With so many fun special events like Sports Day and Swimming Week, we have been able to build strong connections and practice our Rise to Thrive values outside the classroom.

Inside the classroom we are developing new skills and learning exciting new concepts!

In maths we are working on building core fundamentals that will be needed all throughout the year. We have been learning high number place values, long addition, multiplication, and rounding/estimating.

In HASS we have been looking at the history of Australia and our starting to create our own personal artifact to showcase our diverse heritages.

We are loving our class novel, The Wild Robot, and were so excited to see a trailer has been released for a movie version! This is how some of our students imagine our friendly robot Roz:
