What’s happening in 3/4RM
It has been a fun and busy start to Term 4 in 3/4Ruddock/McCormack. The Year 4’s started their term off with Camp for 3 days at Woodhouse which was a lovely and challenging camp. In Week 3, we had our Claymation incursion which the students absolutely loved. They were able to sculpt characters out of clay and then create a stop motion picture that was turned into a video. So much fun and it was amazing to see great teamwork between the groups for the entirety of the incursion. We have also had our Assembly in Week 3 and our MASS in Week 5, which were both successful.
In the Classroom we have been learning about probability and statistics in Mathematics which has brought along some great survey topics for collecting data including the classes favourite fruit and how many brothers and sisters they each have. The students have been very engaged in this topic of learning. In English, the students have been learning about comic strips and how they are created. The students are doing an amazing job with these and were able to share some during our Assembly in Week 3.
As we are coming to the end of the year, our classroom moto is to have fun and see out the year with happiness, festivities and a lot of laughter.
