Middle School Celebration Dinner
For those who have not experienced a Nativity celebration dinner before, the students and teachers eat in one room and the parents in another room. As space is limited, the family of each graduating student is initially allocated 3 seats at the parent dinner as we are only allocated 75 seats in total – these seats can be reserved by phoning the Flagstaff Hill Golf Club on 8270 2300. This must be done before 5pm on Friday 30th November.
If more seats are required for your family please contact the golf club on Monday 3rd December to see if there are any spare seats available. Upon booking, you will also be asked to preorder your dinner. Please note it is a set menu and the cost is $37.50/person.
After the dinner, parents, families and friends need to be seated in the far end room by 8.25pm for the formal part of the evening where there will be dancing, a movie of their time at the school and a few short speeches.
