YEAR 6 – THE AMAZING RACE – 2023
On Friday, 31st of March, our year 6 leaders ventured into Adelaide’s CBD to partake in the highly anticipated Amazing Race. Leading the four teams were Mr Baldock, reigning champion Mr Horton, and first-timers Mrs Paparella and Mrs Marker (replacing Miss Symonds). All students showed great determination and persistence over the 5km course, cheering each other on and working in their teams to problem-solve and navigate various challenges. Congratulations to Mrs Marker and her team on coming in 1st place, followed by Mr Baldock and Mrs Paparella’s teams in 2nd and 3rd, and finally, Mr Horton’s team, who (surprisingly) received the wooden spoons for the day.
