News from the Performing Arts Coordinator

Nativity’s Catholic Schools Music Festival Choir is now in full swing, with a dedicated group of our Year 5/6 students rehearsing weekly and looking forward to performing at the Adelaide Convention Centre in September. Last week we were privileged to host the Festival Conductor, Mrs Denise Rosenthall, who worked with our Nativity choir students, working with them to fine-tune the first songs in this year’s repertoire. There are approximately 65 Catholic School Choirs involved in the Festival and our students will perform in Week 10 of Term 3, with another 350+ students (choir, band, solo performers, etc) on stage.
