End of Year Thanksgiving & Graduation Mass – Monday 8 December
Our whole-school Thanksgiving and Graduation Mass will be held on Monday 8 December at 9:15 a.m. in the Church of the Nativity.
This special celebration brings our community together to give thanks for 2025 and to farewell our Year 6 students.
During this Mass we will also present the St Joseph’s Award and the Mary MacKillop Award, honouring students who have consistently lived our Nativity values of belonging, courage, justice, compassion, forgiveness, and gratitude. Mass, Year 6 graduates and their families are invited to share cake before they head off to prepare for their Graduation Ceremony that evening.
We look forward to praying, singing, and celebrating with you in these final weeks of the year.
A Prayer for the End of the School Year
Loving God,
As we come to the end of another school year,
we thank You for the learning, laughter, and friendships we have shared.
Bless our students, families, and staff for all they have given of themselves in love and service.
May our hearts be filled with gratitude for the growth we have seen,
the challenges we have overcome,
and the many ways we have seen Your presence in our school community.
Be with our Year 6 graduates as they begin a new journey,
guide them with courage, faith, and kindness.
May our summer days be safe, joyful, and filled with Your peace.
We make this prayer through Christ our Lord.
Amen
I look forward to seeing many of you at the upcoming celebrations.
Warm blessings
